Theater Carré Amsterdam

Founded in 1887 the venue originally was a permanent circus building managed by the family Carré. Currently, it is mainly used for musicals, cabaret performances and pop concerts. The stage bears ressemblace to a circus and is centered and surrounde by seats. The building style is Neo-Renaissance. The theater has a royal status.

This picture was taken at sunset along the river Amstel. The sun being at the right side casts its glow on the leftish clouds.
