The Kurhaus at Scheveningen (The Hague – Netherlands) was built in 1884. The German name is derived from the fact, that many Germans from the coalmine areas spent their holidays near the healthy surroundings of the Noth Sea.
Nowadays it’s a hotel with congress facilities and a signature point along the beach quite near the tourist attraction the Pier of Scheveningen.
